Upon meeting a new client for a listing appointment, I first like to come and view the house.  I'll ask important questions as to the features of the home and answer any questions you may have.  After which, I prepare a report showing local market trends, listings of your potential competition, and how to strategize based on where the market is heading.  A client who is well-informed is ultimately a happy client.
